Enrolment Form for Evening Dance Courses

A class size of 8-16 for each course, first-come-first-served. Participants may not request course / activity transfers and withdrawals once the application is successful. No refunds can be made, except for cancellations by HKDC or where the course or activity is fully booked.

Applicants may choose to pay online by (FPS)Faster Payment System, Paydollar(VISA or MASTER Credit Card). Applicant will receive a confirmation email after the payment is made successfully.
