Zhou graduated from Guangdong Vocational College of Dance and Drama (formerly known as Guangdong Dance School) in 2017. In the following two years, she received the Innovation and Creativity Achievement Award under the Outstanding Student Scholarship. She was awarded the first prize in the 5th Lingnan Dance Competition (Ensemble Performance). She later graduated with outstanding grades from Nanjing University of the Arts in 2021, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Dance Education, Classical Ballet and Folk Dance. After graduation, she was the Principal Dancer at the Wuxi Song and Dance Theatre. She joined Hong Kong Dance Company as Dancer in 2024.
In 2023, she participated in the competition for the 13th Lotus Award for Classical Dance at the Chinese Dance Competition with the work Can Jiangnan Be Forgotten, which won the Outstanding Performance Award at the Jiangsu Yangtze River Delta Professional Dance Competition; the dance drama Ode to the Motherland won the 5th Jiangsu Culture Award for Outstanding Stage Art Works Exhibition, and this dance drama was selected to participate in the cultural drama dance programme Dance Millennium co-produced by Bilibili and Henan TV. She also participated in the 14th National Dance Exhibition in Ordos and the 21st Brisbane Chinese Culture and Arts Festival.
Her performances include large-scale dance dramas Ode to the Motherland, Red Beans of the South, 10909, Princess of the Han Dynasty, A Single Mind Picking Flowers, Together at the End of the Earth, Can Jiangnan Be Forgotten, and song and dance Eternal Jiangnan.
