It is by the same stem that we organise interactive workshops and dance demonstrations at tertiary institutions to give students an introduction to Chinese Dance. Students stand to benefit from a unique in-person experience in dance and, in turn, increase their interest and appreciation for the art form of Chinese Dance.

Dance Teacher-in-Residence Scheme

Jointly organised with schools, the Dance Teacher-in-Residence Scheme affords one to two professional artists to take on resident positions at schools to teach and share their expertise in dance with students. This scheme aims to develop and enhance students' artistic tastes when enjoying the performative arts and thereby expanding their breadth of knowledge in the humanities and liberal studies. Students will experience Chinese Dance first-hand and get to grips with its storied past.

Move Within and Without - Education Promotional Scheme at Primary and Secondary Schools

A scheme that began in 2021, it aims to work closely with schools to promote the Art of Chinese Dance to primary and secondary school students through workshops. The content of said workshops is mainly based on demonstrative performances of our Company's Chinese Dances and Original Dances. Aside from introducing basic skills, props, other ethnic dances and their respective costumes, students will be afforded opportunities to join in the dance on stage and interact with our artists. This catalyst will surely spark their interest in learning more!
