Family stretching workshop (cancelled)

No matter you are adults or kids, everyday life in Hong Kong is hectic with busy schedules. Despite living under the same roof, children and parents might not have enough opportunities to enjoy quality family time, let alone exercise together. In this workshop, you can learn some easy stretching exercises to wake up your muscles and relax your bodies. What a perfect way to have some good clean fun with your loved ones!

Time: 2:30-3:30pm
Venue: Exhibition Gallery, Sha Tin Town Hall
Fee: $120 per family group (1 adult + 1 child)

Remarks:
1. Each participating group should include 1 adult (aged 18 or above) and 1 child (aged 5-8). Both participants are required to attend the entire session. 
2. Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing and long trousers.
3. Participants are advised to report to the main desk 10 minutes before the activity begins.
4. Limited seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
