“All about Mulan” – Show Cancellation and Ticket Arrangement

In view of the latest situation of COVID-19, the URBTIX outlets and Ticket Dispensing Machines located at the performance venues of Leisure and Cultural Services Department have been temporarily closed/out of service starting from 23 March. For details and updates of temporary closure or implementation of special opening hours of some URBTIX outlets, please refer to the link below.


Since some audience members have not collected the tickets of “All about Mulan” before the temporary suspension of URBTIX outlets and ticket dispensing machines, we have decided to extend the deadline of application for ticket refund until Wednesday, 6 May 2020 (only applicable to customers who purchased tickets at URBTIX).

For audience members who have not collected tickets from URBTIX outlets or ticket dispensing machines due to the temporary suspension, you are advised to collect the tickets of “All about Mulan” in order to process ticket refund. Please fill-in the ticket refund form, attached with the tickets (intact with stubs) and mail them to “Marketing and Programme Department, Hong Kong Dance Company, 8/F Sheung Wan Municipal Services Building, 345 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong” (please indicate “All about Mulan” ticket refund/swap” on the envelop).
