“The Moon Opera” – Show Cancellation and Ticket Arrangement

To tie in with the response level under the "Preparedness and Response Plan for Novel Infectious Disease of Public Health Significance" being raised to Emergency Response Level and avoid people from gathering, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced that all performance venues were temporarily closed from early February 2020. LCSD announced on 28 February that the URBTIX outlets and ticket dispensing machines at LCSD performance venues will resume operation on 3 March with special opening hours from noon to 6:30pm daily.

Since some audience members have not collected the tickets of “The Moon Opera” before the temporary suspension of URBTIX outlets and ticket dispensing machines, we have decided to extend the deadline of application for ticket refund/swap until Tuesday, 31 March 2020 (only applicable to customers who purchased tickets at URBTIX).

For audience members who have not collected tickets from URBTIX outlets or ticket dispensing machines due to the temporary suspension, you are advised to collect the tickets of “The Moon Opera” in order to process ticket refund/swap. Please fill-in the ticket refund/swap form, attached with the tickets (intact with stubs) and mail them to “Marketing and Programme Department, Hong Kong Dance Company, 8/F Sheung Wan Municipal Services Building, 345 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong” (please indicate “The Moon Opera” ticket refund/swap” on the envelop).
