HKDC Children's Troupe Recruitment Day (Tsuen Wan)

Hong Kong Dance Company Children's Troupe was established in 2006, members aged from 6-12. It aims at promoting the art of Chinese dance and to enhance children's ability to appreciate dance and culture, while at the same time to discover new local talents in the dance field. Professional training will be provided. Outstanding members will be selected to perform on stage.

Audition Date: 19/7/2009 (Sun)
Time: 2-5pm
Venue: 8/F Sheung Wan Municipal Services Building, HKDC Rehearsal Room

HKDC Children’s Troupe Training Courses

A one-year professional training will be provided to students who pass the audition. Trainings include basic techniques, body nuances and Chinese folk dance. Members will have chance to join exchange trips and stage performances, which fully develop their talents.

Date: 9/2009 – 8/2010 (Every Sat)
Time: 9-11am, 11am-1pm
(2 classes in each session, 2 hours course)
*Students will be allocated to different classes according to their ages and levels
Venue: Tsuen Wan Town Hall Lecture Room / Conference Room

Training courses will move from dance rooms to the Exhibition Gallery.
Parents, friends and the public are welcomed to join the event. Let’s share the joy of dance!
